MEG ARTS® – Online’s analyser with real time display and sampling – was recently deployed to determine density of the fluids being discharged during three dewatering operations on new installations at a field located approximately 185km northeast of Lerwick.
As part of the dewatering process Online was to provide a log of pipeline fluid density, temperature and pressure for later analysis. An ROV or diver could also view the data in real time on the system controller.
During all three deployments, MEG ARTS® successfully detected fluid density levels corresponding to the project pass criteria.
